Local, Loyal & Lending!

"Local, loyal and lending", these are the words chosen by our staff, to describe their Credit Union. How do we know? We asked them. We reached out to all of our dedicated staff, across every Credit Union office in Dublin and asked “What words would you use, to best describe what the Credit Union movement and your own Credit Union offers members in the community?”. 

This question started a lively conversation, debate and a discussion about the importance of the Credit Union in the community as a not-for-profit organisation, dedicated to its members. A conversation about what makes the Credit Union stand out so much as a movement, that it’s been voted the most highly regarded financial organisation in Ireland.

At the Credit Union, the ethos of the movement is based around people helping people. For over 60 years, Credit Unions have been the corner stone of the local community and have been the voice of empathy, trust and care when dealing with every aspect of their members finances. It’s the genuine nature and dedication of staff and volunteers in the movement, which has seen the Credit Union thrive as the local and trustworthy choice for members.
